Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (not including weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email has been received. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that certain items may require additional production time if not currently in stock. Current production lead times start at approximately 3-4 weeks.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Baan Celadon, 7 Moo 3 Chiangmai-Sankhampaeng Road, Sankhampaeng, Sanklang, Chiangmai 50130 Thailand.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days unless additional production time applies. Customers will receive an email notification with pickup instructions once the order is ready.
Pickup hours are Monday-Saturday, 09:00-17:00. Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order.
Domestic Shipping (Thailand)
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier services, and product availability.
Domestic orders placed through the Baan Celadon online store include item insurance at no additional charge. For direct purchase orders and offline sales within Thailand, shipments are normally sent uninsured unless insurance is requested prior to shipment, in which case additional charges may apply.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
International Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier services, customs processing, and product availability.
International orders placed through the Baan Celadon online store include item insurance at no additional charge. For international direct purchase orders and offline sales, shipments are normally sent with insurance included for an additional charge unless declined by the customer.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Baan Celadon is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact info@baanceladon.store with your order number.
Insurance
All orders placed through the Baan Celadon online store include item insurance. Insurance coverage for wholesale, custom, and offline purchase orders will be arranged separately unless otherwise specified.
If insured items are lost or damaged during transit, Baan Celadon will reproduce and resend the affected items. Customers are responsible for all reshipping costs.
Customers should inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Any claims for lost, damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported promptly upon receipt.
Baan Celadon is not responsible for damages incurred after delivery or during transportation arranged independently by the customer.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns must be approved by Baan Celadon prior to shipment. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Thailand
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during insured transit and reported within the required inspection period.
Refunds are issued for the order value excluding original shipping costs. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, a new order may be placed separately.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
· Custom or personalized orders
· Sale items
· Gift cards
· Perishable goods
· Personal care products
· Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
European Union Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 3 days of delivery for any reason. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during insured transit.
Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval of the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or credit card provider.
